Shipping and Policies

 

SHIPPING: 

All Australian orders are shipped express through Australia Post at a flat rate of $10. Free shipping applies for all domestic orders over $200. You can see a detailed description of all of your postage choices at checkout, depending on your location.

  • All international orders are shipped via standard delivery, if you would like your item to arrive sooner please select an express option at checkout. Free standard shipping applies to all international orders over $300, and express over $400.
  • Processing Time: All ready-to-ship items have a processing timeframe of 2 - 4 working days, regardless of shipping method.

  • Custom order jewellery may take longer to process, and a timeframe can be found in the listing details.
  • I will contact you when I ship your item and provide you with your shipping details and tracking number.  


PLEASE NOTE: The buyer is responsible for any Customs import taxes that may be imposed.


  • Your purchase will be carefully packaged in a gift box, wrapped in compostable hex wrap and shipped inside a larger compostable box.

 

POLICIES:

Refunds & Returns:
  • In the unlikely event that the item you receive has a fault as a result of craftmanship, please contact me at the soonest possible time so that I can arrange one of the following: repair of the item, refund or exchange. The item needs to be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase, before the refund will be processed.
  • If your item is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately so I can look into this.
  • I am unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind so please select you items carefully. I am always available if you would like additional photos or a video of any pieces you are interested in if it will assist with your choices. 
  • I cannot provide refunds or exchanges on 'Sale' items or items purchased using sale coupon codes.
