These little owls were created from copper sheet and vitreous enamel (powdered glass). All the little details are painted by hand using vitrifiable paints. This pair of earrings took around 4 hours to complete the painting alone.
I’ve tried my very best to show their true beauty in these photographs but they are truly better to behold in real life!

Each element has been sawed, hammered and shaped using traditional metalsmithing techniques. The glass is sifted on and fired with a torch to over 700 degrees. This pair is counter enamelled on the back showing off the natural beauty of copper!
All pieces are cleaned and polished prior to shipping. All items are packaged in a hand painted box which ships inside a larger padded box. Packaging is as earth friendly as possible without compromising on safe delivery.
